GADC names three board members

The Greenville Area Development Corp., the county's economic development arm, said Monday that David Kelley and Debbie Nelson were appointed by Greenville County Council to inaugural three-year terms on the GADC Board.

Also, Charles Naselli has been appointed by Council Chairman Bob Taylor to serve a three-year term.

All terms began June 1.

"Each of these individuals brings tremendous experience, insight, and achievement in business and community activities to this Board," Taylor said.

Kelley is president of Kelley Wealth and Retirement Solutions, an investment adviser representative with ING Financial Partners, a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor and a licensed life insurance agent.

Nelson is president and founder of DNA Creative Communications, a public relations and inspirational marketing firm serving nonprofit and governmental group primarily in the education, human services and environmental sectors.

Naselli is president and founder of Global Recruiters of Greenville, which recruits for industrial companies, primary those owned by private equity.

The new directors succeed outgoing directors Scott Case, Jo Watson Hackl, Bob Howard and Ray Lattimore who combined for more than 20 years of service on the GADC board.
